Files you upload
Files you upload are written to temporary storage on the server so they can be processed, and are deleted automatically one hour after upload. You can also delete a job immediately from the interface. File contents are never written to application logs, are never used to train anything, and are not shared with third parties.
Processing reads and writes metadata only. Image pixels and video streams are copied unchanged.
Metadata you send us
Photos frequently contain GPS coordinates, device serial numbers and your name. Delabel AI is built to preserve that data, which means it is present in the file while it sits in temporary storage and is displayed back to you in the metadata report. It is deleted with the file. If a photo contains information you are not comfortable uploading anywhere, do not upload it.
Logs
The server records standard operational information such as request times, response codes and error types, along with IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Filenames and file contents are not logged.
Cookies and local storage
Delabel AI itself sets no tracking cookies and requires no account.
Your rights
Because files are deleted automatically within an hour and no account is created, there is normally no personal data left to access, correct or export. To request deletion sooner, use the delete control in the interface or simply wait for the retention window to elapse.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
